hollyberries_leftsideChristmas is a great time for reading!

There are books that give you ideas for Christmas crafts and decorations, there are Christmas stories; traditional or modern and books of Christmas carols (traditional Christmas songs). At the library there are many books about Christmas.

On a cold Winter’s day, it’s great to stay in and enjoy a good book or a good film.  So why not send in your favourite Christmas books or films, or you can click on the Bookworm to see more favourite books.

How Many Days to Christmas?

Traditions December 1st, 2009

polar_express_01Today is the 1st of  December and many children open the first window of their Advent calendar. An Advent calendar makes the countdown to Christmas fun as each window has a little surprise! But remember, you can only open one window a day.

Click on the online Advent Calendar from the film The Polar Express. It’s a wonderful film and book.

What’s your favourite Christmas film?  Send us a comment with your favourite Christmas films or books.
